On Monday afternoon I made up the meatloaf and baked beans. I put them each in a slowcooker and had a Wonderful Dinner!! It was SO GOOD and So easy!! YUMMY!!!! Line the slowcooker for the meatloaf with foil and the clean up is Super Easy!!!
I was born and raised in Oklahoma. I have always loved the beautiful colors of nature. The sunsets (I didn't see many sunrises, he he!) from Mom's back yard are one of the most beautiful things to see. The smells of fresh cut hay and Alfalfa, especially when it rains right afterwards, is one of the best smells. I have moved to Texas, have a wonderful family and found lots of wonderful friends. The sunsets are pretty here, and the Dallas skyline is beautiful and sparkly at night. I love the springtime when the Texas bluebonnets are in full bloom.
A couple of years ago, I found myself wanting more out of life. I joke and talk about all the Muses in my head and how they play nice or scream at me to be heard; normally all at once. I have always said that I have a business head and not a creative head. I am finding that I have both and am enjoying every minute of my new found creativity.
