Lunch was BLT's and BLA's - Feb 12, 2011

I just LOVE a good BLT!!  Paul doesn't like tomatoes.  I saw several about a year ago, Emeril fixed on a BLA.  Bacon, lettuce and avocado sandwich.  I suggested it to Paul and we tried it.  I fixed it again today for lunch.  A BLT for me and a BLA for Paul!  YUMMY!!!
